All believers ought to read the Bible, but gaining knowledge isn't enough. How you read the Bible will greatly influence your relationship with God, others, and even your eternity. Some read the Scriptures in order to find ammunition against the lawless. Others read the Scriptures and find that lawlessness within themselves.

The posture of our heart in our reading is everything and will determine whether we allow the Holy Spirit to heal our hearts of stone.
