A boy is miraculously healed by Jesus on the streets of South Africa - We need more of this!

Can tell me, why did Jesus come.

And give his life for you?

Yeah. But why? Why? What is he saying? Yes. Yes. Because the Father, God, the Father, he. We need to be clean. We need to be perfect to come into the Father's presence. But Jesus, knowing we have sin, knowing we do wrong things, he came and he died for us, to make us clean so we can stand before the Father, God, and so we can have relationship with him, each and every one of you. That's the sweet. It's free. And that's what God did for you. He came and give his life so you can have that access.

In South Africa, we went out onto the streets to just share the gospel with whomever we could find. And I'd like to share with you one of the instances where there was a little boy who God healed. I'm going to play it to you, and then we're going to talk about it.

Is anything we can pray for you guys for? Have a little any. Do any of you have any pain in your leg? Right here, it hurts. It hurts right now. If you paint it. Is it hurt? When does it hurt? Show me. What do you do when I. When it hurts now, I'm just gonna put my finger there.

Okay, Donkey.

Still pain. I command you to go now. Jesus, I thank you for taking all this pain off. Okay, do that again. What's going on? You can be honest, Coach. Don't be honest. How do you feel? Okay, Donkey Khan, what's going on next? He's alive. He's right here.

I'm not. I'm no one. I'm just like you.

Said. You say that. You don't understand. I can go that quick. So that is the low. It's a water. But that's the power of God. You love it. And so with anything in life, what did I do? I asked him, I said, God, come, just take this pain. God sees it and he says, I want to take your pain. Right? So just like he's giving you sweets here, he's saying, I'm taking your pain. Now, here's the question. What else does he want to bless you door to? What else does he. What are the doors? Does he want to open for you? Work or work or, you know, provision or open doors for you to teach others about him, like I'm teaching you right now.

You see, I'm just a normal man.

But Jesus lives in me. And because he lives in me, I.

Can just touch your wrist.

And Jesus comes and he heals it.

Isn't that awesome?

And he can do the same thing. Come a little closer. Is that okay? Let's pray for all that. So, Father. Lord, I just pray over all of these right now, Lord. Holy Spirit, that you would touch them right now, that you would bless them, Lord, I pray that you would come and open doors for them, Lord. Lord, I pray, Lord, that you would use them, that you would put a passion and a love for God in each of their hearts, that when they read the Bible, that they understand it, that they. That they see you in it and that they are changed by it. Then, Father, we speak, Lord, against all people who are coming against these, to hurt them, to be mean to them, Father, where there is lack or I pray that there will be provision. And, Father, I thank you, Lord, that you guide their steps, that they would not do evil, that they would run from it, but that they would work righteousness, that they would do the right thing always, because you always did the right thing. Lord, I pray that you would ask that you would guide them to be more like you, more like Jesus. In the name of Jesus. Amen. Thank you.

By this, I just want to demonstrate to you how simple yet powerful the Holy Spirit can make. A moment. See, I came with my wife there. We had some, you know, chips, we had some sweets, we had some Bibles, and that's about it. And we had the word of God inside of us, right? I found, you know, giving sweets or giving chips or food or anything, you know, that's wonderful, and that's a good tool. But at the end of the day, sometimes what's really needed to reach the heart, especially of the youth, is they don't want to just hear you talk about the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. They want to see him working in their lives. And, you know, we shouldn't think, well, we don't need that, or people don't need that today. People needed that. In the day of our Messiah, when Yeshua went around, he continued to heal the sick, he casted off demons, and he gave words of knowledge. For example, the Samaritan woman, she was so rocked at who he was because she saw him do the miracle of telling her things about her that he was not supposed to know. He got a word of knowledge about her many husbands. And so in the same way, he did that everywhere. And that's the model of evangelism he's given us like that, literally. That is the model of street evangelism in the Bible. The disciples, he said, you go into places and you heal the sick, you proclaim the gospel, tell them to repent of their sins. Tell them the kingdom has come upon you. Well, why did the early church blow up the way it did? Because they did it the way that their Messiah did it. And so that's why what is so powerful is these children. You know, we just stop by the street and we're like, hey, guys. And they met a couple, me and my wife, and we're just giving them sweets free of charge. We're not asking for anything. We're not. We don't want anything from them. We just want to give. And then to let the Holy Spirit point out something and believe in that moment that he can do it. That's what produces the fruit of what you just saw. Four men, boys, who were absolutely with their eyes fixed on what I had to say. They were seeing their friend, who they know intimately. They intimately know his wrist has an issue. That's why they were like taking his wrist and like shaking it afterwards, being, are you sure it doesn't hurt anymore? Because they know that he has an issue with his wrist. The God that I proclaim, first of all, I'm coming in his name. Second of all, he's real. Third of all, they should probably have inclined that you're at least somewhat to what I have to say about him and why their friend just got healed. See, this is the model of the first century, and it is high time for the body of Christ to look to that model and imitate their Messiah in walking in the Holy Spirit. And then perhaps everything that we were entrusted with, the truth that we were entrusted with, can go out effectively into the world. Because, to be frank, it's not going so well. There are many churches who are struggling in the era of evangelism because they're not employing the strategies of the Messiah. I want to encourage you. The gifts have not ceased. The Holy Spirit for today, and he desires to work through you. You may not be the one that has the gift of healing, but God can still use you to heal someone in a moment like that, because the same spirit is in using me. You may say, well, I may not have the gift of prophecy, but God can still give a word through you. You may say, well, I don't have the gift of tongues. He may still want to speak through you. Stop limiting God by your assumptions and allow him free reign in your life by letting down your life as a living sacrifice and going out and practicing. You need to physically go out like me and my wife did, physically go out onto the streets and find someone. And maybe you don't see what that what happened right there the first day, that's fine. I don't see it that way. Every time I go out sometimes there's, like, better days and days that it feels like no one is listening and no one wants to hear. And then there are days where everyone's listening and everyone wants to hear and everyone we went to are being. But ultimately, the results are up to the Father. We plant. He brings the increase. Don't judge your performance based off what his job is. God brings the increase. We sow the seeds, but ensure that you, when you sow, you do it in the manner that he did. Because you have to have living water on those seeds. Come on. You cannot just sow seeds and not water. You have to have the water of the Holy Spirit watering the seeds of God so that they can grow. If you just go with dead religion, there's no living water there. And no one's gonna want what you have unless you can demonstrate the Holy Spirit in you coming out of you, because you're a temple touching them. And then they want to become a temple, and they want to become a ambassador and a follower of the Messiah as well. Go forth, proclaim the gospel, and let the world see that our God's not dead, but he is alive, and he is alive in us.
