When Jesus is accused of casting out demons by the "Prince of Demons" (Matt 12), he asks the Pharisees a peculiar question: "Then by who do your sons cast them out?" And much later, we read about the sons of the high priest casting out demons - in the name of Yeshua of all names! But for them, using His name was like a secret word that they thought would give them authority. Instead, the demons overpowered them, leaving them running and naked. True biblical authority is not about believing a certain pronunciation of a name has power, that's called magic. Instead, it's KNOWING the PERSON behind the name of Lord Yeshua.
